The Paddington Basin Project

Our customer had a lovely flat in the Paddington Basin complex, with views of the canal and the waterside project. The apartment itself was looking a little tired and outdated, so our customer gave us the task of updating it and giving it a luxurious vibe - all in time for Christmas 2019!

The IDL team created a design brief that fit our client's needs, and we subsequently produced detail drawings and 3D renders, as well as a timetable for the detailed work(s).

The majority of the work included bespoke timber paneling, intricate ceiling, and excellent woodworking. All design and construction was done in-house, with our experienced team collaborating smoothly throughout the process and providing weekly reports to our client.

We began construction on the apartment on October 25, 2019 and completed it on December 18, 2019, in time for the client's handover. We are confident that we have not only given the apartment a luxurious and magnificent appearance, but also increased the value contributed to our client's residence.
